Ho GPRTU Branch 8 Assures Commuters of Safe Travel This Christmas Season
Drivers of the Ghana Private Road Transport Union (GPRTU), Branch 8 in Ho, have assured commuters of safe and responsible driving during the Christmas season.
Speaking to the media, a driver, Mr. Pascal Yao, said the branch has educated its drivers on the importance of observing road safety regulations throughout the festive period. He noted that drivers have been reminded to drive responsibly and ensure passengers reach their destinations safely. Mr. Yao also appealed to commuters to exercise patience with drivers, especially during the busy Christmas travel period.
The Branch Secretary, Madam Vida Nkpente, reaffirmed the union’s commitment to passenger safety. She stated that drivers under the branch have been adequately educated and prepared, assuring the public that travelling with GPRTU Branch 8 during the Christmas season is safe.
